Dodie MacArthur began her real estate career in Honolulu in 1972. She quickly rose from top sales agent and project manager for Honolulu developments to representing prominent estate and development properties on Oahu and then the Big Island of Hawaii. With her honed real estate skills and experience, Dodie founded MacArthur & Company in 1989, on the Big Island, with the objective of creating a unique boutique firm where the client's needs come first. In its first year of operations the company gained recognition as a leading Big Island firm and continues to thrive as a market leader today. With her abundant energy, creative marketing and dynamic leadership skills, Dodie oversees business development and overall management at MacArthur & Company Sotheby's International Realty. Scott Craven, CEO
Scott Craven is Managing Director at MacArthur & Company Sotheby’s International Realty. Having previously worked in finance for First Hawaiian Bank and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Scott brings to the agency his expertise in mortgage banking, assisting agents in ensuring clients receive the best mortgage representation for their individual needs. Scott also currently serves on the Board of Directors of North Hawaii Hospice and Habitat for Humanity, and he is a Capital Campaign Committee Member of the Kona Historical Society.

Debi's affiliation with MacArthur and Company began in 1992 and she assumed the position of Broker in Charge for the Company in 2001. Her career has been interesting and challenging, exposing her to all aspects of the Real Estate profession.
